From event logistics to registration queries, find the information to ensure a seamless experience.
General
To participate, you must fill out the following pre-registration form:
www.nuba.com. Pre-registration is subject to availability and prior approval by the committee.
The cost to participate in Luxury Hub by NUBA is $4,000 USD per property.
• Brand presence during the event in different venue spaces and graphic materials.
• A dedicated workspace per brand with access to 2 speakers to present the product in detail.
Premium furniture and ambiance throughout the event.
• Coffee Break during the event and a 3-course meal for 2 people.
• Rotating video of participating brands projected on a screen during the event.
• Event agenda and schedules provided.
• Closing event party/cocktail.
• Attendance of media from the Lifestyle and Tourism sector.
• Distribution of brochures to our Travel Advisors, including photo, contact, and product
information.
• Attendee Database.
The official dress code is business casual.
A three course meal is included in the afternoon as well as a coffee break during the whole day.

There are non-refundable cancellation fees for exhibitors, please refer to the Terms & Conditions you signed for further information about cancellation fees.
WHEN & WHERE
Luxury Hub by NUBA takes place annually each August on Mexico City. Luxury Hub by NUBA 2024 will take place August 20th 2024.
This year’s event will take place at Proyecto Público Prim, a renowned historical cultural center in Mexico City.

FLIGHTS & ACCOMODATIONS
Foreign nationals from the countries mentioned in the list published on the Migration National Institute are exempt from visa to travel to Mexico as non-lucrative visitors (tourism, business visitor, in transit, correspondent, medical treatment) for a stay up to 180 days.
