Registration deadline: June 30, 2025
Deadline for penalty-free cancellations: July 15, 2025
If you cancel after the deadline or fail to attend the event (no-show), the following penalties will apply:
· Cancellations made from July 19, 2025, onwards: A fee of $100 will be charged to cover logistical expenses.
· No-show (absence without prior notice): A fee of $250 will be charged, as this directly impacts the organization and budget of the event.
These penalties are intended to cover operational costs incurred due to late cancellations or absences, such as catering, venue reservations, and allocated materials.
Cancellation process: If you need to cancel, please send an email to luxuryhub@nuba.com by July 18, 2025, to avoid any charges.
